Renegade Power Yoga’s YouTube Channel Launched Today!

Well, friends, it happened. FINALLY. After two days of unfortunate computer issues, and A LOT of time on the phone with Apple Support plus a trip to the Apple Genius Bar, I was able to get back to work today.

So I finished editing my first YouTube video, created graphics, and officially launched my yoga YouTube channel!

Phew!

It’s no small feat, friends. But I feel SO so good about how it’s coming together. And I can’t wait for my upcoming yoga course Yoga for YOUR Life to launch (just ONE week!).

Because there’s always more news. 😉

I expanded my online presence and launched www.JulieLoveGagen.com. Right now, it’s a place where you can go to learn link and learn about all of my current projects (of which there seem to be MANY), from Yoga to Little Paper Projects to this Blog space. Which brings me to my next thing..

 

Other Fun Things

I’m *also* working on another video project. Which I’m REALLY excited about. And I’m just going to leave you in full suspense, because I recorded it earlier today and have NO idea how it’s going to come out. And I have no idea how I’m going to make the time to share it. But I want to. I REALLY really want to.

After unexplained illness, with no diagnosis, forced me to take medical leave of absence in college, I chose yoga as a path towards healing. For me, it was a gentle way for me to get back into my body. And the experience, and practice, gave me the confidence I needed to believe I could heal. It worked. And it’s been magic ever since. In 2012, I chose to do a personal wellness challenge – 30 days of Hot Power Yoga – in celebration of my 30th birthday. The studio I picked was Baptiste Yoga in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The studio which, just a few years later, would be the inspiration and the setting for my RYT 200-hr Yoga Teacher training. The style of yoga I teach is a little different from what you’ve seen before. In my class, we focus on strengthening your core, elongating your spine, and finding the ideal position for each body, regardless of what it looks like.
